Because the Miami calendar opens for a limited window each month, appointments there book differently from Wilmington. Consultations happen first, usually by video, and treatment is then scheduled into the next available visit. Booking two to three weeks ahead is normal, and multi-session treatments are planned across consecutive monthly visits from the start.
This structure suits some treatments better than others. Single-session and lower-frequency work fits the schedule easily. Protocols requiring six to eight week intervals also align well, since that spacing matches the visit cycle almost exactly.
Scar camouflage and stretch mark revision make up most of the Miami calendar, along with areola restoration for clients who have completed reconstruction locally. Permanent makeup is available during visits but fills quickly, since it is the treatment most likely to be booked on shorter notice.
South Florida sun exposure is a genuine factor in aftercare here in a way it is not in Delaware. Treated skin needs protection, and if a beach trip or vacation is coming up it is worth mentioning at consultation so the timing can be planned around it.
