Ultra-fine permanent makeup performed with paramedical-level precision. Nano and powder brow techniques recreate natural, dimensional brows; lip blushing softly enhances natural lip tone.
Cosmetic permanent makeup at Confident Conceal™ is held to a paramedical standard rather than a beauty-counter one. That means conservative pigment depth, undertone analysis before a single stroke is placed, and a finished result calibrated to look like your features on a good day rather than like makeup that was applied to them. Nano brows, powder brows, and lip blushing are each suited to different skin types and different goals.
Nano brows use an ultra-fine needle to place individual hair strokes that follow your natural growth pattern. The result reads as real hair and suits clients with normal to dry skin who still have some brow density to build around. On oily skin, fine strokes tend to blur as they heal, so nano is not always the right call even when it is the requested one.
Powder brows deposit soft, diffused pigment that mimics a lightly filled brow. They hold up considerably better on oily and combination skin, wear more evenly over time, and suit clients who wear brow product daily anyway. A combination approach layers strokes through the front of the brow and powder through the tail, which often gives the most natural-looking result on skin that falls between the two types.
Which technique is appropriate is determined at consultation based on your skin, not on which term you arrived with. Recommending the wrong one produces work that looks correct for six weeks and then does not.
Lip blushing adds a soft wash of color that restores definition to the lip border and evens out natural tone, particularly where pigment has faded or where the border has softened with age. It is not lipstick and is not designed to read as a bold color. The intended effect is that your lips simply look like themselves, more defined.
Pigment is selected against your natural lip tone rather than a shade you might pick from a tube, because existing lip color shows through and shifts whatever is placed over it. Deeper natural pigment and warmer undertones both affect how a color heals, which is why the same formula produces different results on different people.
All permanent makeup looks darker and sharper for the first several days, then lightens considerably as the surface layer of skin sheds. Judging the result before two weeks have passed is the most common source of unnecessary worry. A perfecting session six to eight weeks later addresses any areas that healed unevenly and is included in the plan rather than sold separately.
Results generally last one to three years depending on skin type, sun exposure, and skincare routine. Retinoids and acids accelerate fading noticeably. Most clients return for a refresh rather than a full redo, which is a shorter and less involved appointment.
Typically 1–3 years depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.
Topical numbing keeps most clients very comfortable throughout the session.
Our conservative depth strategy and custom pigment matching produce soft, believable results — never harsh.
