By using the Services or submitting a booking or consultation request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services or book a treatment. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Not Medical Advice

Confident Conceal™ provides paramedical aesthetic services. Content on this website is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition. Individual results vary; before-and-after images and testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results.

3. Bookings, Deposits & Cancellations

• Consultation and treatment bookings may require a non-refundable deposit applied toward your service.
• Rescheduling is permitted with at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit deposits and incur fees.
• We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any individual whose health profile or conduct presents a safety, ethical, or legal concern.

4. SMS / Text Messaging

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive transactional and promotional text messages from Confident Conceal™. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. 5. Informed Consent

All treatments require a separate written informed-consent document signed before service. You agree to disclose all relevant medical history, medications, allergies, and contraindications. Failure to disclose may affect results and is your responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, trademarks (including "Confident Conceal™" and "FOLLICURE™"), and design — is owned by or licensed to Confident Conceal™. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

You and Confident Conceal™ waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
